The agent behind these cards now trades as Pikobuy
A new brand name, with the same operator named in the official footer. The policies that decide your recourse are published under the new brand, and the old brand is still printed on them.
Type what you are looking for, in English. Results are product cards you can hand to the agent.

The rename
Two notices, and the questions neither of them answers
The archived homepage shows two notices: an announcement modal and a banner pointing to the new address:
We are moving! Visit our new site at www.pikobuy.com! Happy shopping.
the historical banner on niuniubox.com, August 2026
The notices explain the name change and destination. They do not settle account migration, old balances or existing order status. Ask official support about those details before moving money or placing a new order.
The historical notice names Pikobuy as the new brand. The current official homepage, read on 14 October 2026, still names Hong Kong Niuniubox Technology Co., Limited in its footer. This supports the connection between the two names; it does not verify account migration or current policy terms.
The counterparty
Who you are actually contracting with
Hong Kong Niuniubox Technology Co., Limited. That name appears in the footers of the policy pages rather than in any marketing, which is normal and is also why it is worth writing down: the terms you agree to are with that company, under Hong Kong, not with a shopfront called Pikobuy.
The service it describes itself as providing is entrusted purchasing. It buys from a seller on your instruction. It is explicit that this makes it not an online commodity seller, which is the legal reason several consumer protections you might expect do not reach it.
Everything on the rest of this site follows from that sentence. An agent that is not the seller cannot give you the seller's guarantee; it can only pass your request along and tell you what came back.

Due diligence
What can be checked before trusting any agent
Trusting an agent usefully is not a feeling. It comes down to a handful of things that are either written down somewhere public or are not.
| What to check | What this one publishes |
|---|---|
| A named legal operator | Yes. Hong Kong Niuniubox Technology Co., Limited, in the policy page footers. |
| A contact route that is not only a form | A contact page with cards, plus Discord and Reddit from the old brand and YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter from the new. |
| A written return policy, with exclusions | Yes, including the nine categories that are never returnable and the six that depend on a physical condition. |
| Whose guarantee it is | Stated: the platform seller's, with the agent passing the request on. |
| After-sales on goods you forward yourself | Stated, and the answer is none. See forwarding. |
| A position on customs | Stated: no promises, and customs may contact the recipient directly. |
Note what is not on the list: speed, service quality and whether an agent has ever absconded with a balance. Those are the things people most want ranked, and there is no public record that would let anyone rank them honestly. Community covers how to read other people's accounts of it without treating a thread as data.
Fit
When this agent suits the job, and when it does not
Written in the order a reader needs it: the two cases this service is good at, then the two where something else is better. The last two are not a disclaimer. They are the reason the first two are worth believing.
It suits a batch you can wait on
The warehouse holds items while you add to the parcel, and the inspection photos arrive without asking. If your order is six items from four sellers and you are not in a hurry, that is the shape this service is built around.
It suits goods with a clean category
Clothing, shoes, bags and accessories sit outside every one of the nine excluded categories, so the window at least exists for them. That is a low bar and it rules out more than people expect.
Choose differently for one sealed item in a hurry
Everything this site is about is the cost of batching. A single item you want quickly gets no benefit from a consolidating warehouse, and if it is sealed cosmetics or an essential oil you are also in the two categories with the worst outcomes here: a seal that voids the return, and a sensitive-goods clause that lets the parcel be opened and the item removed.
Choose differently if you need after-sales on your own goods
Goods you ship to the warehouse yourself get no after-sales service at all, in the agent's own words. If that is your use case, a pure forwarder with an inspection product is a better match than a purchasing agent.
Since the move
What the new site has actually published
Four service icons, a featured-product grid and a beginner's guide. The policy pages are the substantial part, and they are the only part this site quotes, because a home page changes weekly and a terms page does not.
Promotional values are deliberately left out here. The old home page advertised a sign-up coupon with an amount on it; that number is an operator's campaign setting, it moves, and quoting it would make this page wrong on a schedule. If you want to see the current offer, the agent's own home page is where it is stated.
What is worth tracking instead is whether the old brand name keeps appearing in the footers. The footer alone does not verify current policy terms. Read the current policy and ask support about any point that affects your purchase.
Questions
About the company, not the catalogue
Is Pikobuy the same company as Niuniubox?
By the paperwork, yes. The new site's policy footers still name Hong Kong Niuniubox Technology Co., Limited, and the old site's only announcement pointed at the new address without mentioning a sale or a transfer.
Does the old site still work?
The August 2026 archive shows the old homepage with its navigation, cart and login. This is historical evidence of the rename, not confirmation that those functions still work. Use the current Pikobuy site and ask support about an older account.
Do I have to open a new account?
Nothing published answers this, which is itself the answer worth acting on: ask before you move a balance. The contact routes are listed on help.
Where is the warehouse?
The policy pages describe a warehouse in mainland China that receives purchases and forwarded goods, and the forwarding flow starts by the agent giving you its address. The address itself is not published openly and is not reproduced here.
Next
Where this leads
If you are satisfied the counterparty is real, the next thing that costs you money is timing. One parcel is the argument this whole site is built on, and return budget turns it into a number for a specific batch.
If you would rather start from the goods, the catalogue is in the spreadsheet, and you can open an account with the agent whenever you are ready.
